As someone who has a hard time going to the gym alone, this pilates studio has made me found my love for working out again! I also had a big back surgery back in 2021 and was always so scared to try pilates b/c of my limited motions but the instructors are amazing and do offer modifications for anyone.
This gym has truly changed my life. After over 50 classes, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in my body than I have in years. I’ve gone from a large to a medium in clothes, but the biggest change has been how I feel about myself.
This place is my sanctuary. A friend told Me about it and I came and tried a theme class. I come once a week ever since. The music takes me back to D’Jais club days but we traded in flying napkins for squats and mats. The instructors are amazing and 11 classes in I feel so much stronger.
I love the burn, the instructors make me feel so welcome and even know me by name. I just genuinely get frustrated with how hard it is to get into a class, people with the unlimited membership set alarms and book up all the classes right away and then cancel last minute.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
