This place is a hidden GEM. I had been looking for exercise classes, and wouldn’t you know it, this new place popped up. I found out through a birthday party (they can host groups events)! It needs to not be so hidden anymore, hence this review! Knowledgeable, friendly instructors. Every single one of them is a pro.
Love the new space! If you have not been, I highly recommend the Gentle Hot Yoga on Monday's @ 5:30pm & the Hot Yoga Sculpt on Saturday's @ 8am. Gentle Hot Yoga offers a nice space for a deep stretch & relaxation.
If you aren’t attending the hot pilates class on Mondays (7pm) and/or Saturdays (11am), I highly recommend you give it a try!! You’ll leave feeling stronger than ever and sweaty! If you’ve never tried pilates don’t hesitate to join the instructor ensures all are able to participate!
Great place to go that's very supportive and fun! They have yoga, hot yoga, Pilates, cardio dance classes and fitness classes! All fitness levels can go and they offer modifications to make things easier. Also have yoga mats there that you can use. Very affordable and very clean! Definitely recommend!
Your first hot yoga class at The Wellness Refinery
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~95°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
