From the reviews
I have been coming here since December of 2020 and I am obsessed! I would rate The Yoga Parlor with all the stars int he sky if I could. I actually already wrote a review back when I first started and apparently google doesn't let you write a second one with the same email...
I knew right when I signed up for my 5 class starter pack that having Yoga in my life was loooong overdue. However, I’m glad that I waited and started my journey with the girls over at the Yoga Parlor because they are fantastic.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this studio. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and fun. There is so much diversity in class type- something for everyone!
Best yoga studio on the seacoast!!! Emma (owner) and her team offer a variety of classes so there is something for everyone. Sculpt is my favorite. Emma goes the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable, welcomed and get a great workout. The studio is also spotless and has a great vibe. Keep it up TYP!
Your first hot yoga class at The Yoga Parlor
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
