From the reviews
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL yoga studio, with several rooms, and great offerings. Recently went to an evening sound bath class here and the drop in fee was so reasonable. I wish I lived here in Yuma so I could sample and practice in all the classes. They have silks for aerial classes, and the space really is clean and lovely.
My first time at Tranquility Studio was on 5/18/2025. I quickly noticed how welcoming, peaceful, and serene it was. I was there for the sound bath held by Journey2Self. This was absolutely amazing! The best way I can describe it was the FEELING -relaxing, peaceful, and an experience I will remember.
Great aesthetic. I dropped in to a class I believed was gentle stretch and restore but is was full on rapid fire yoga too advanced for me (a little disappointment but I am old. So I need something slightly slower and calmer). I want the gentle stretch to maintain my balance capabilities as I age.
Absolutely love this yoga studio. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. I have done 3 sessions of yoga and each time the Yoga instructor (Francisca) incorporates different relaxation sound machines. I leave feeling relaxed as well as energized. Highly recommend!
Your first hot yoga class at Tranquility Wellness Studio
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
