The styles they teach
“I am not a huge fan of Bikram, but I don't mind doing their Bikram classes at Twisted Roots if I cannot come in for any other class because their Bikram is not solely 26/2.”
What's on offer
“They let me borrow a mat, provided towels and they have a locker room with showers for after you get your sweat on.”

From the reviews
I was in town for just an overnight and had to get my hot yoga fix.. Twisted Roots made me feel right at home! Roz hosted a great vinyasa class that was the perfect blend of power, stretch and balance.
Twisted Roots offers an impressive variety of classes to enhance our yoga practice. The class schedules are convenient for our family. Classes start and end on time. The facilities are lovely and accommodating. We appreciate the availability of mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks and such to use during class.
My mom and I take the beginner class with Jenna every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30. She is a phenomenal person, patient teacher and an all around joy to spend an hour learning from. I have also taken Pilates with Paige, another fantastic instructor and the warm vinyasa class with Jen.
This is an amazing yoga studio. I wanted to have some me time to destress from a demanding career and graduate program. I started taking Yin Yoga classes. The instructor Chrissy is very kind and helpful. She helps a lot with feeling comfortable during the sessions. The other students create a welcoming atmosphere.
Your first hot yoga class at Twisted Roots Yoga & Wellness
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
