From the reviews
This studio’s monthly membership is an incredible value for the quality and variety of classes offered. It truly feels like a premium experience at a very reasonable cost. The studio space itself is gorgeous and brand new and the instructors are exceptional.
I’ve been attending classes at uptown for a few months now and cannot say enough about how amazing this studio has been for me! My daughter and I meet here for classes twice a week and absolutely love them!
I was visiting from New Jersey and signed up for a Pilates Sculpt class with Sarah. The studio is beautiful, spotless, and had all the equipment needed for the workout, including mats. Everyone was so welcoming. Sarah was amazing! It was a great workout which was intensified even more by the 103 degree room.
The most beautiful studio! Every detail is so thoughtful, from the gorgeous, patterned floors to the greenery and subtle uplighting. Each teacher is so unique and talented. I can’t pick a favorite-I love them all! I am always challenged and motivated after each class! Give it a try! I hope you love it, too!
Your first hot yoga class at Uptown Hot Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
