The styles they teach
“Most of the classes all had a similar style (they call it Urban Flo 60) which is basically a heated vinyasa flow but each teacher was still able to make it their own which I liked.”
“I love all of the instructors & find myself frequenting the variety of Flow, Detox Class & Sculpt Classes.”
“From the energizing and empowering Vinyasa Flow to the deeply restorative and grounding Restorative Yoga, there is a class to suit every practitioner’s needs.”

From the reviews
My Favorite spot in LA for hot yoga! They have free parking. The studio is simple & pristine. Their fun & friendly staff always offer a warm welcome & their check-in process is timely & seamless. Amenities are kept clean: Showers, bathrooms, lockers & cubbies. Infrared heat is the best heat.
Writing for a friend who doesn’t have a google account: I just had the most incredible and transformative class at Yoga 728! My teacher, Taylor was FANTASTIC. I could tell immediately that she is a well accomplished yogi herself.
Urban 728 Yoga in Los Angeles is a hidden gem tucked away amidst the urban landscape, offering a unique and serene space for practitioners to embark on a mindful journey. This captivating studio has become my sanctuary, where I can escape the hustle and find inner peace amidst the city’s vibrant energy.
I always can tell a good yoga studio based on how quickly/if the yoga teachers take the time to remember new people’s names and at Urban 728 several of the teachers knew my name after only one class with them.
Your first hot yoga class at Urban 728 Yoga - Hot Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
