The styles they teach
“I’ve taken the yoga sculpt and the power flow vinyasa classes at three of their locations and really like the Broadway location.”

What's on offer
“The locker room here is big and they also have showers.”
“Plus, there is no parking lot or free parking and finding parking then having to pay a fee in Cherry creek is a pain.”
“I currently book through ClassPass, but their membership rates seem very reasonable—definitely considering making the switch in the future.”

From the reviews
Great studio overall, but I’d love if the heat were turned down about five degrees, especially during full classes. The current temperature can feel a bit too hot, and sometimes takes away from the experience. It would still absolutely qualify as hot yoga at a slightly lower setting. Thanks!!
I took Jace’s YogaSculpt class for the first time today. From the moment class started, the energy was electric. His playlist was SO GOOD, the kind that completely pulls you into the flow and makes you forget you’re working incredibly hard. The sequencing was thoughtful, challenging, and seamless.
Yoga box is my favorite find of 2025. Jace brings out your inner child and it’s simply a great workout every time. Natasha and Liz M are great instructors and also deliver a great workout! Pretty much anyone trained at a yoga box has been great in my opinion.
jace brings the energy every single class. the playlist is always fire and the vibes are unmatched. you get a great workout but you also leave feeling so uplifted. 10/10 recommend.
Teacher training at Yoga Box
Yoga Box comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at Yoga Box
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
