From the reviews
Studio is cozy, warm, and inviting. Front staff is excellent and super friendly. The teachers are top tier. I’m obsessed with the house plants everywhere!! I’m so thankful for this studio and community. It’s good to be hōme!
I love this place so much! The front desk is always so friendly and the instructors are GREAT! Love any of the evening classes with either Raven or Stephanie. And of course any of Michael's classes. I recently took a hot mat pilates class with Audrey and she was such a cool instructor and her playlist was fire.
I came in here after trying out yoga classes at my friends gym, it was so awesome! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the studio was super spacious and clean. The work out itself had me feeling so sore (in a good way!).
I’ve taken hot yoga classes at dozens of studios and experienced hundreds of instructors. The class I just took with Marlon at Yoga Home was one of the best classes I’ve ever been present to. The heat felt amazing. Marlon guided us clearly through challenging sequences while simultaneously grounding us in intention.
Your first hot yoga class at Yoga Hōme
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
