From the reviews
There’s been a lot of stress in my life lately, and finding calm hasn’t always been easy. Since I started going to Heated Vinyasa twice a week, though, I can feel such a shift—my body feels lighter, my mind calmer, and I’m less reactive to everything going on around me.
I absolutely love the classes at Yoga On Main. All of the instructors are great, professional and bring a true positive vibe to the yoga experience. The instructors are also attentive and caring to one's capabilities. If you're looking for a total body-mind experience, Yoga On Main is the place to be.
I would definitely recommend Yoga on Main to anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time or who is advanced. The yoga instructors are very knowledgeable and Hands-On the studio is clean and beautiful.
YOM is so clearly a labor of love. The owner Stephany has poured herself into creating an accessible, challenging environment for yogis at every level. The instructors are all diverse and wonderful.
Your first hot yoga class at Yoga On Main
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
