From the reviews

We had the pleasure of holding our daughter's birthday party at the studio. CK was an amazing host, helping all of our guests feel confident on the aerial silks. We had a wonderful time and certainly cannot wait to return again. CK went above and beyond to make our experience better than we could have imagined.

I've really enjoyed taking both yoga and aerial yoga classes at this studio. Instructors are very welcoming to beginners and knowledgeable in their instruction. The owner, CK, is great! I feel lucky to have found this spot.

After the pandemic happened, I felt like I wasn’t being as active as I wanted to be and I just felt tired, sluggish and very uncomfortable with how I was always feeling. After some time searching google for yoga classes in the Lehigh Valley, I noticed most classes were basic yoga.

I started coming to the Yoga Lab about a year ago. My husband had been in the hospital for a long time, and I needed to do something for myself. Ck welcomed me and encouraged me to participate in classes that would lower my stress levels. She showed me compassion and empathy for my situation at the time.

Your first hot yoga class at Yogalab

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~100°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Heat and intense exercise aren't right for everyone — if you're pregnant or have heart, blood-pressure, or other health concerns, check with a doctor before your first hot class.
