From the reviews
I took Preeti’s Seniors/beginner’s yoga class for the first time. The session was amazing and very invigorating. Her approach to physical activity with mind and body connection through breathing was very helpful. Since it was a beginners class, she was very mindful of showing less intense and smooth physical activity.
I absolutely love taking classes with Jen B.! She brings so much energy and enthusiasm to every session, making each class a fun and engaging experience. Whether it’s functional fitness, Pilates, or spin, Jen’s classes never fail to challenge and motivate me.
Love love love this place. It's a lot fun. I haven't been to all the classes so I don't know all the instructors but the ones I have gone too are really good. Very comfortable and inviting. No pressure. Work at your own pace on you're practice. You do what you can. You will see improvements and results.
I signed up for the 30 day unlimited pass and took my first class on 7/19/2023. This place is amazing. It's so clean, the aesthetic to me makes it feel very relaxing and welcoming and the instructor was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend trying out Zen River Yoga enough.
Your first hot yoga class at Zen Yoga & Fitness
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
