The styles they teach
“I bought a Groupon for 6 weeks of unlimited sessions - I think it was the ideal introduction to Bikram Yoga, and this studio was a great place as a beginner.”
“I did not realize what this style meant, I figured it was similar to a vinyasa flow.”
“I now do the inferno hot Pilates classes a couple times a week and throw in a yoga class here and there and I can’t say enough good things.”

“I used to live near the Milwaukee Ave location so I never minded that there are not showers here (they do have them at the Lincoln Park and South Loop studios).”
What students say again and again

“Great instructor, great space, just not for me!”
From the reviews
Great instructor, great space, just not for me! :) I attended one of 105f's hot yoga classes, which is a 26+2 style. I did not realize what this style meant, I figured it was similar to a vinyasa flow. It is NOT, to my surprise! The instructor calls out 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises and talks you through it.
I have been coming to 105F for about 7 years and I absolutely love it. I first started out doing the 26+2 class several times a week and I saw a HUGE difference in my overall mental and physical health.
I bought a Groupon for 6 weeks of unlimited sessions - I think it was the ideal introduction to Bikram Yoga, and this studio was a great place as a beginner. Yes, it's hot, yes, there's a bit of a funk (I mean, come on, we're all sweating like never before, but the floors are wood so it doesn't stick around that…
Love this yoga studio! I have been going here for a couple years now, and all the teachers are very friendly and meet you where you are in your practice. I especially love their Smart 60 and Hot Pilates classes. They are perfect for cold wintery chicago days and also to sweat out toxins after a fun night.
Teacher training at 105F Hot Yoga, Pilates & Wellness - Wicker Park
105F Hot Yoga, Pilates & Wellness - Wicker Park comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at 105F Hot Yoga, Pilates & Wellness - Wicker Park
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
