“Apparently the heating element is infrared, which I know sounds like a gimmick, but if you are sensitive to heat like me, it does seem to make a big difference.”
“Every class I've tried so far has been amazing-- but I particularly love the Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) classes!”

From the reviews
I can’t say enough positive things about 33 Hot Yoga. I’ve been practicing hot yoga for years and was still driving up to Santa Barbara for classes when I could. Needless to say, I was thrilled when this studio opened! Every class I’ve taken has been fun, challenging, and inspiring.
I can’t say enough good things about this studio! The energy here is so positive and welcoming it’s become my happy place. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and always bring such great vibes to every class.
I recently visited the new hot yoga studio, and it was an amazing experience! The welcoming atmosphere and supportive instructors made each class a perfect blend of challenge and relaxation. The heated room helped melt away stress, leaving me feeling refreshed and grounded.
Really grateful to have found this community! The pricing for weekly unlimited is affordable and very competitive for this area. Some studios in town I have felt like the odd man out, but not the case here; I immediately felt welcomed.
Teacher training at 33 Hot Yoga
33 Hot Yoga comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at 33 Hot Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
