Be Here Yoga Studio my Holistic Life Partner Everyone has a starting point towards health and wellness. Mine started at this Yoga studio while going through Breast Cancer 10 years ago. It was the best decision I made on my journey to recovery.
I found the Be Here yoga studio about a year ago and I’m ever so grateful that I did. The classes, teachers and students are wonderful. You can find a class to suit your personal needs: challenging, restorative, and everything in between.
Great instructors! Super friendly and laid back. Classes were great! Facility is clean, organized and so welcoming. I love the way they have the studio and community areas laid out. Tea and snacks and a nice cozy lounge area. They have book clubs and fun events as well. They also have an introductory offer.
I love teaching and practicing at Be Here Yoga! The teachers are all very welcoming, caring and knowledgeable. The studio is beautiful with natural light coming in. The community is lovely as well. I’m very grateful for this peaceful space that is so needed in this busy world.💛
Your first hot yoga class at Be Here Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
