From the reviews
I started with the 2 week special at $75 for unlimited classes. There I enjoyed each class I attended. Sandy , the owner is a great instructor and has hired many fantastic teachers. Apart from Sandy’s class, I have been to Jill and Dorothy’s classes.
The sound bath with Emily was super relaxing!! She did an incredible job at leading the class.
I’ve been coming here almost daily for the past few months, primarily taking 26/2 and hot Pilates classes. I’ve never felt stronger! Studio is always spotless, and Sandy is an incredible instructor who will go out of her way to make sure your form is right and you're pushing yourself!
This Yoga and Pilates studio is amazing! The location is perfect and the space itself is super cute. There is a wide range of classes available at all times of the day. Sandy’s classes are perfect for all levels as she makes sure your form is good and that you are challenging yourself. The temperature is perfect too.
Your first hot yoga class at Beach Glass Hot Yoga & Pilates LLC
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
