I went to a Warm Low + Slow with Bridget and it was amazing! I was a little nervous as it’s been a while since I’ve been to a class, but she was great at talking through everything and making sure we were all comfortable throughout.
I am so thankful there is a local yoga studio with a large amount of vinyasa classes, a healthy mix of standard, warm, and hot. Each instructor gives a different experience. The place is beautifully remodeled. Clean. The props are nice. I look forward to going everyday.
So glad to have a studio so close to home! Look forward to attending my first class tomorrow (: Update: I just tried a heated slow flow yoga class with Maya. She was amazing. This was my first time trying yoga, and I truly enjoyed it. Can’t wait to return

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
