I've been going to this studio for about two weeks now, and I just have to say, this place is awesome!!! Instructors are super knowledgeable, welcoming, and encouraging. No matter where you are in your practice, this place offers amazing support and a sense of community.
Turns out that the fountain of youth is the sweat that pours out of you when you do hot yoga. This place is great. I feel stronger, more flexible, agile, healthier, centered, and generally better than I have in years. BHY is the best.

I love this studio. It truly is a place of healing, exercising, and community. I have been practicing yoga with BHY for almost 2 years now and it keeps me coming back excited and challenged each time.
