Love this studio! I started taking classes since their opening week and I’ve officially have tried all their classes (Mat, sculpt, and yoga) and I’ve had a great experience at every class! I’m new to Pilates but I decided to commit because this studio is so conveniently located to me so I decided no more excuses 😆!
This was my third yoga class with Instructor Ajah, and each class truly just keeps getting better and better. She is incredibly first-timer friendly and creates such a comforting, calming environment that truly meets you where you are. Her classes feel safe, welcoming, and never intimidating.
I was finally able to visit Body Pilates and loved the environment. My teacher was Ajah and she was wonderful. Her class was calming, empowering, and very beginner friendly. I felt very relaxed afterwards.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
