Studio is beautiful and staff is very pleasant and helpful. There are many clothing and accessory items for sale but I did not take a good look at the offering. Reception area is well-laid-out to avoid crowding before and after class.
The instructors are great. The studio is clean, parking is free. Showers are abundant. And yoga is wonderful. This is my happy place.
Great classes! Perfect temperature of room. Diverse group of attendees. Inviting and friendly teachers and environment. They have good quality of products for showering and getting ready for in the morning too including leave in conditioner , wave spray , deodorant, etc.
Everything. Was visiting from out of state and loved the entire atmosphere. Staff was very friendly along with the class being very structured. Was my first time taking Hot Yoga and the instructor did amazing with teaching the class. If ever in the area again I will definitely be dropping in.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
