From the reviews
Love this CPY. The instructors are always super good and I feel amazing after. Parking is tricky. Attached a photo I took from the studio, but suggest parking in the residential parking off La Brea and Hawthorne and walking 1 block to avoid dumb Hollywood parking structure fees
You cannot have a bad class here at La Brea and Hollywood Blvd - the teachers are so well cast and everyone needs to know this - I feel these classes should not necessary be heated during the summer - but then again who am I? I'm a C1 student and I care about restorative maintenance and slow class that are not hot.
This is the best yoga studio in LA and my favorite CorePower location. All of the teachers are fantastic and the staff is very nice/professional. The schedule is full of classes all day long, they run from 6:30 am to 10 pm so there is always an option to work out.
CorePower allowed me to re-center myself after the chaos of being a healthcare worker in the pandemic. It took a long time for me to start prioritizing my physical and mental health, but once I started a free trial at CorePower, I noticed an immediate change.
Your first hot yoga class at CorePower Yoga - Hollywood
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
