“You have to try his C2 & Sculpt classes, but be warned - he doesn’t mess around and you’ll 100% walk away feeling like a new person, stronger than when you came in.”

From the reviews
So many amazing things about Corepower Lohi!! I am a traveling colon hydrotherapist and only in Denver Fall/Spring seasons. Last fall I experienced Nadia and Sandi’s classes. I adore them. Inviting, motivational and great at instructing/helping students with form. This spring I was able to take more classes.
This studio is one of my favorites, very open and bright and they have classes running all day. I’ve traveled to a bunch of different studios and this one has my favorite instructors. Steven Go is hands down one of the best instructors in all of Colorado.
Just had my first ever yoga experience here @ the 12:00 sculpting class. Our instructor Jennifer was amazing - knew everybodies name in the class and ran a great 60 minute session. 0 complaints about this place - will be returning & highly recommend.
Have been coming here for a long time, and go to multiple studios in the are depending on the class schedule. Love the variety and I never regret getting myself to the studio. Also since there are so many classes every day it works if you have a busy/unpredictable schedule to fit in a workout.
Your first hot yoga class at CorePower Yoga - LoHi
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
