From the reviews

After 2 classes, I had all but written yoga sculpt off as not my kind of workout. Then I took Christina’s class this morning. Where the other instructors are clearly in a competition for whose class is more impossible, Christina’s class was thoughtful, challenging & (most importantly) doable.

I absolutely adore the yoga sculpt classes led by Sabrina and Danny! This unique yoga experience combines a variety of elements such as yoga flow, cardio, core work, and strength training all in one class. The energetic and lively music adds to the fun atmosphere.

★★★★★ — Kate, Jun 2025

I look forward to yoga sculpt every day and helps me improve my mental and physical health. Regardless of how the rest of my day has been, I usually feel so much better after class! I love how many classes are available each day and the instructors all bring their own unique flair to their classes!!

★★★★★ — Michelle, Nov 2025

Really like that there is a variety of levels of classes that are consistently offered around the same times on certain days of the week. Also really enjoy that the classes are consistent. Facilities have always been clean and well kept.

Your first hot yoga class at CorePower Yoga - Sandy Springs Plaza

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Heat and intense exercise aren't right for everyone — if you're pregnant or have heart, blood-pressure, or other health concerns, check with a doctor before your first hot class.
