From the reviews
Beautiful , clean , new studio! I recently took a sculpt class with Laney as our teacher. She is a wonderful teacher! Great energy and I really appreciated the way she goes through / does the movements and offers breath work suggestions during the entire class.
7th studio they've opened up in Boston and you can go to any of them as a black tag member which offers some flexibility for work and home convenience. peak hours are 530-730 M-Thurs so get there early if you do plan on coming.
Everyone is warm and welcoming. And whether you’re an experienced yogi or a first timer the classes are challenging but also easy to follow along with. Great music, great teachers, great workouts!
The staff and instructors were welcoming and wonderful! I was visiting Boston for work and decided to stop in for one class and was blown away from my experience l that I came back two more times that week. This place will be a staple in my practice whenever I’m in town.
Your first hot yoga class at CorePower Yoga - Seaport
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
