A very unique place offerring a very unique experience. Located in a middle of a beautiful Glen Ellyn downtown. Very serene atmosphere combined with a modern, yet warm interior, makes the place very unique. A large, dark room with infrared light facilitates up to 30 spots for the yogis. 90F is what makes everyone drip.
I was visiting Glen Ellyn and noticed this cute studio downtown, so I decided to try a class. I’m so glad I did! I loved the music and the darkness. I only want to workout in this environment from now on. It was like Soul Cycle for Yoga. The vibes are on point, especially the decor and merch.
I started coming to drip back in March of this year and have loved it ever since! The environment, the instructors and community are all so kind and welcoming. As a new yogi who is continuing their practice, I appreciate how gentle the instructors are as I don’t feel the pressure to over do it in class as sometimes…
Drip!! I’ve been a member at Drip for about a month now and it’s safe to say I’m obsessed. No matter the style of class or the instructor I leave every session feeling challenged and rewarded. Can’t wait for my next class!
Your first hot yoga class at dripyoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~105°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
