From the reviews
I absolutely love Duality Yoga! Every instructor has such an amazing personality and truly walks you through each step, making every class feel welcoming and empowering. My absolute favorites are the hot classes—especially the hip-hop hot class with Amanda on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Her energy is unmatched!
I’m pretty new to the Waco area so I found Duality Yoga via a google search. Was interested in a daytime class that wasn’t too advanced. Found the Flow class with Alex and it’s perfect for all skill levels. It was exactly what I needed and I look forward to returning.
This is a great studio! It’s very intimate. I’m very happy I found this place and I definitely recommend them.
Duality yoga has been one of my greatest discoveries last year. The instructors are phenomenal and inspire you to be a better version of yourself each and every class. I was never much of a fan of yoga, but after practicing at duality I can't get enough of it. Highly recommend this studio
Your first hot yoga class at Duality Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
