Great Place! I went to try the free workout they offer with my friend. The girl at the front was so nice and accommodating. She showed us how to use the spin bikes and made signing up a breeze. I especially liked how clean the place was. They were constantly going around cleaning, washing towels, etc.
I love coming to Hotworx! Not only is the workout amazing, it also is easy to fit into a busy schedule! Everyone here is so friendly and chipper so it makes you experience that much more fun! Erica does a great job with customer service and making sure that you know how to set up for each workout!
Hotworx is my second home. I love this place. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are constantly deep cleaning the studio and all of the sauna rooms. I love that it's open 24 hours and that I get to workout by myself in a sauna.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
