From the reviews
I've been practicing hot yoga since 2011 and have been attending Esenem ever since they first opened in Flagstaff. Despite having to take months off here and there due to my various orthopedic surgeries throughout the years, I have always returned afterwards and not once have I ever been discouraged by an instructor.
Super hot and wonderful sixty min sequence, but come on, how hard is it to make sure masks are worn? I saw several yogis leave their mats during practice to get water or use the bathroom... with no masks on. Coconino County just got the green light to open fitness centers.
I am loving this studio! I feel so comfortable being myself in Breanna's classes. I just show up and do my best. I'm getting quick results from my efforts too! 🔥 It's so convenient because EVERYTHING I need is already provided with no extra fee. It's Free to use mats, towels, blocks, bath products, & water station. 🙌
How can I express how much you will love this? It's AWESOME! CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL AND GREAT TEACHERS! A studio in scottsdale and in flagstaff. You get your money's worth. Go! February is free classes in scottsdale. Namasta
Your first hot yoga class at ESenEM Yoga Flagstaff
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
