From the reviews
I had never done yoga before but everyone is so friendly and will answer all of your questions. Every class is ok for all levels. Modifications are encouraged and working towards the best you is what the instructor always pushes. I love going and always look forward to my next class.
I work in the Medspa room here and took a class here after performing a treatment. The room was very hot(just how I like!) The instructor, Lourdes was very helpful and her class was amazing! Lots of fun and she played great, upbeat music that challenged my practice!
Simply the best place to go for yoga in the Dayton area. Such friendly people, great teachers and challenging classes for all levels.
I started coming her about a month ago, and I highly recommend. The room is spacious and perfectly heated, classes tend to be well attended, but they limit so as not to feel crowded. Classes are typically a good mix of yoga practice but providing a good workout (I usually do power flows or body shaping).
Your first hot yoga class at Exhale Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
