OMG! i love this place i took the hot pilates sculpt class and i was drenched in sweat , the room had the perfect temperature to sweat and feel relaxed i will definitely come back here! They gave everyone a cold towel 10 mins before class ended and that just made everything better.
I went to my first class here today (Tread-lates) and it was so great! A very challenging workout, but the instructor Taylor was super encouraging and kept the class at a great pace. Felt snatched leaving LOL. The studio was clean and new, with nice equipment and two separate workout/class rooms.
I recently found FIT811 and was drawn in by their “Hot Sculpt Pilates,” but I also noticed other unique classes that seem challenging—like heated reformer Pilates with a treadmill finish (I’ll save that one for later!). The schedule is great, making it easy to fit workouts into a busy day.
Class was intense but so so good! Felt great after!! Would have used the included shower if I didn’t live so close because that workout built up a major sweat. Space has kind of a moody zen vibe that was very clean. Lots of nice new equipment- really any kind you can think of Pilates and yoga wise.
Your first hot yoga class at FIT811
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
