From the reviews
The owner Shannon is so sweet and amazing. The space is gorgeous! They’ve got an infrared sauna and a warm and inviting space to gather, have tea after class, or browse beautiful books and gifts. So stoked this studio is open in my neighborhood and can’t wait to be back here.
Flow Yoga is a beautiful space ! There’s definitely something extra sweet about the energy and you’ll feel it right when you walk in the door. The owner was there the first morning I visited and she was so kind and welcoming. We actually sat down and had a chat and some calming tea before my amazing class with Jeremy.
I experienced the infrared sauna as an out-of-towner. Whether you live in SB or not, this is a beautiful space with great energy to treat yourself with their array of offerings. I was warmly welcomed and invited to have a cup of tea with local honey.
I had a wonderfully relaxing Birthday massage and Infrared Sauna session afterwards at Flow Yoga. Eric Wagner gave me just what I needed, making sure I was comfortable and warm. He did a great over all massage and got into a few places that needed extra attention. I feel so much better.
Your first hot yoga class at Flow Yoga & Wellness
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
