From the reviews
I've been going here for close to 50+ classes now. Not only is the space so beautiful, but I've also found an amazing supportive community in it. The improvements I've made since the beginning of my fitness journey has been tremendous - the classes are addicting (for a good reason).
Praise God that I found a home at Happy Hour Pilates. I was hooked after my first class. Each instructor is truly amazing, but what makes the place so special is the community.
I am OBSESSED with Happy Hour. I started going last year in Dec with my friends and it’s probably one of the workouts I’ve loved to do the most. Whether it’s hot Pilates/sculpt/lift IM THERE. The instructors are so sweet and I feel welcome and energized everytime I go. Just tried the 5:15a today and it was killer.
Cute and aesthetic place! Love taking Miriam’s classes! She’s a great instructor. Can’t wait to continue to take more classes here!
Your first hot yoga class at Happy Hour Pilates
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
