Okay where do I even begin?! This studio is honestly a hidden gem!! Not only are all of the instructors amazing and provide different styles, they’re all so nice and welcoming!
I’ve done a total of 2 classes here so far (as a beginner I must add). I went to their event they recently had where we enjoyed a Pyro Pilates class with Becky & let me just say that she worked all of my inner emotions out of me to a point where I was laughing and crying (mostly sweating though lol).
Amanda teaches the absolute BEST Hot Yoga class I’ve ever taken! Her energy paired with the excellent choice in music, the room ambiance and the beautiful community of people that attend this studio made me feel energized, empowered and welcome.
I've been going to HB since May. Starting up after a foot surgery and not being in great shape was a challenge but these classes have helped so much! The vibe, music and workouts are amazing. Can't wait to go to more of Maddie's class now that she is official.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
