From the reviews
I went to my first class at studio100 today and absolutely loved it. It was my first time doing hot mat Pilates and it really felt like all my muscles were engaged and challenged. The moves were simple and class flew by.
UPDATE A year later; and while I still get all the benefits of my initial review, what keeps me coming back NOW is the studio itself and the people in it. The coaches have become some of my favorite people, I’ve made new friends, and 2 of my best friends are now also attending classes!
I had just moved to Littleton and was looking for a new place to workout, when I found HAVN. I had never done Pilates, so at first was nervous… but WOW. To say HAVN has given me a place to workout wouldn’t quite cover it.
Loving my mornings with HAVN Hot Pilates. All of the coaches are friendly, professional and eager to push us all to our ultimate potential. I’ve enjoyed learning more about my mind, body and soul on the mat.
Your first hot yoga class at HAVN Hot Pilates
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~95°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
