From the reviews
Tried hot yoga for the first time with friends and we are hooked. The entire business was very welcoming, clean and, organized. Olivia was such a vibe—super encouraging, fun, and made the whole class feel doable but still kicked our butts (in the best way).
I absolutely love this studio! The space has such a modern, clean, and welcoming vibe that makes every visit feel like a treat. The teachers are incredible—knowledgeable, encouraging, and each with their own unique style.
Last Saturday and Sunday, I took two hot yoga classes, one with Carol and one with Lori, and burnt 500 and 519 calories, respectively. I don't burn as many calories at other studios. Carol and Lori are here to push you to your limits, and you will have a yoga high for the rest of the day.
I am very happy with this new studio. Great teachers, great heating systems, amazing sound bath classes. Lori(studio owner) is such a sweet lady taking good care of clients. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking.
Your first hot yoga class at Hot Sisters Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
