From the reviews
I really love this place, especially after the renovation. The rooms are much cleaner, and the instructors are friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoy Akiko and Kai’s Inferno Pilates and Hot Pilates classes. KJ is also very friendly, and I like attending her Bikram Yoga sessions.
My first time doing yoga in 10 years. I am not flexible and my body shape is not the best. Alex, the yoga instructor made the class fun. I felt very comfortable being in the class.
One of the best yoga studios in the neighborhood. There’s no fancy gyms around but you don’t need one with Bikram Yoga Daly City. The place is always clean. They’re always on time with class. They encourage the students to delve deeper in the postures without making it feel like a boot camp class.
Great yoga studio! The schedule is abundant (there are lots of classes throughout the day during the entire week, much better than most other studios I've been to). The instructors are very good and the owner is very nice and reasonable.
Your first hot yoga class at Hot Yoga Plus Daly City
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~95°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
