SIMPLY WONDERFUL! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have been attending classes regularly at Hot Yoga 4 You. All the instructors are just superb - All are equally excellent - I have no favorites. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating for practitioners of all levels.
I’ve been practicing yoga for 30 years… all styles. But most recently, hot yoga on a continuous basis.. because of its amazing health benefits as we age. I’ve had dozens of instructors.
This is the best yoga studio in Sarasota! I also am in LOVE with Amy's sculpt class. I live in LA and the sculpt class there is still the best one I've ever taken. My muscles were so incredibly sore the next day but in the best way possible! But they also offer slower paced classes if that's more your style.
I’ve been coming here for 2+ years now and it’s the best decision I’ve made for my body! Not only are the yoga classes amazing but i love the sculpt/ hot pilates classes . They are so challenging but so worth it. Amy the owner is so sweet along with all of the instructors there.
Your first hot yoga class at Hot Yoga Sarasota
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~105°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
