From the reviews
I'm so happy I found this place! This is NOT your regular hot yoga studio. The pilates class is actually tabata, a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time.
We love doing yoga out of state. We had a blast with both classes that we attended. One class with Emma and one with Tracey. Both instructors were great. I love the fact that they help you into a pose if you need a little extra umph. Definitely recommend it to any visitors passing through. Thanks ladies!
I live in Stowe 1/2 time and when I'm home I go to yoga here 2 times a week, religiously. There are plenty of classes offered, the instructors are good and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Benefits of Bikram/26 & 2......
I have gone to three Sundays in a row now to the Inferno Hot Pilates class and let me tell you this class is no joke. If you want to detox, get fit and be pushed to your brink, then this is the class!
Your first hot yoga class at Hot Yoga Stowe
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
