From the reviews
My first pilates ever I wanted something new but challenging I haven't been disappointed yet thank you staff !
I’m loving this new Pilates studio! I’ve always been curious about trying the reformer but felt a bit intimidated. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and the instructors are knowledgeable and take the time to correct my form. I also love that the room is heated.
I was in town visiting family and wanted to make sure I got my pilates workout in and found Hotlates. It was my first time doing a heated reformer class, which we don't have back home and I absolutely loved it! Shelly was a great instructor, she was very approachable and friendly.
Such a great place to get an amazing workout! The vibe here is welcoming and inclusive. Truly a space where everyone and every body feels comfortable. The instructors are fantastic and really take the time to explain movements and techniques during class, which makes a huge difference.
Your first hot yoga class at HOTLATES
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
