If you haven’t tried HOTWORX yet, I highly recommend it! I’ve never been someone who enjoyed working out, let alone going to a gym, but this is a completely different experience. Exercising in the infrared sauna has totally changed the game for me.
After spending all day talking to people, HOTWORX at Chiquita is my happy place! I book my sessions and I know I won’t have to fight the crowd and I won’t have to wait for someone else to finish. The benefits of the infrared sauna have gone beyond burning calories. Imagine a boutique style gym.
