Alexis and the rest of the girls at HOTWORX are amazing! I was visiting on vacation and they did a great job of helping me with my journey and experience in the sauna. I would 100% recommend to anybody who's interested in yoga, beginner or advanced!
I love hotworx. The majority of the time you have the sauna to yourself (but be prepared to share during popular times). It’s great having virtual instructors guide you through the exercise and freedom to do your own pace and intensity.
Hotworx is the most amazing spot to workout!!! I can go whenever I want because it is open 24/7 so you I'm always able to work it around my crazy schedule! The employees are so friendly and make sure to give everyone the best experience possible! I recommend trying out a class (first one is free!)
I love Hotworx! Not only are the workouts great, but having access to an instructed workout 24/7 makes it so easy to fit into any schedule! Not to mention all the benefits of an infrared sauna! The staff is also great and the gym is always kept super clean.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
