I absolutely love HOTWORX! The workouts are super effective, and I always leave feeling stronger and more energized. The infrared sauna concept makes such a difference. The studio is always clean, the environment is motivating, and it’s easy to stay consistent with the variety of classes they offer.
Recently I tried HOTWORX and had a great experience. The studio is clean, the workouts are effective and leave me feeling like I have abs, and the saunas make me feel like i’m burning a lot of calories. Sophia always helps me at the front desk and she is always friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference.
HOTWORX is such a game changer. I love that I can get a full workout in and such a short amount of time and still feel accomplished and fantastic. The studio is always clean and maintained and Sophia is the sweetest. She always helps me when I am in need and makes everyone feel at home overall 10 out of 10!!

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
