What a cool concept! Went as a guest for the first time to this gym in Deerfield Beach and I had a great experience. Sandra and Gina were very welcoming. The gym is super clean and they have nice merchandise. Definitely felt the burn. It’s a complete gym.
I absolutely love this Hotworx! The staff are all genuinely pleasant and make being there feel even more comforting and fun. The facility is always clean and the other members are nice and encouraging too. If you’re hesitating, don’t!
I can't believe I am reaching 8 months with Hotworx! When I came for the free class I wasn't expecting to get hooked on. It's a whole atmosphere then a normal workout, I have been trying to go everyday at least for one class.
Hands down my favorite gym experience yet. The heated workouts make it so much easier to warm up, sweat it out, and feel like I accomplished something at the end of the session. Plus it's open 24 hours — 365 days a year! No excuses! Sandra runs this HotWORX location like it's her home... and all her members are FAMILY.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
