Not to be dramatic, but joining Hotworx changed my habits, my body, my mood, and quite literally my life!!! I’ve never been able to stay consistent with workouts, and this is the first time I’ve truly enjoyed moving my body.
When I visited this Hotworx studio located in delray square I was lucky enough to be helped and shown around the facility by Amanda. Not only did Amanda give me an excellent tour, she also broke down all the health benefits and fitness objectives that came along with all the amenities.
Absolutely love HOTWORX! The infrared sauna workouts are a total game changer—I’ve never felt so refreshed and energized after a session. The 24/7 access is super convenient for my schedule, and the variety of workouts (yoga, Pilates, cycle, etc.) keeps things interesting.
I LOVE hotworx!!! Especially the Delray location. It is so central to everything, where I live, go to school, grocery shop, and so much more. I have so many opportunities throughout the day to go get an awesome full body sweat in!! Not only is the facility clean and exceptional, the staff is so friendly.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
