The staff is so kind and welcoming. As a first-timer to Hotworx, the staff is very attentive and helpful when it comes to setting up your membership and all the works. I love the guided workouts in the sauna and how clean everything is each time I go. New favorite place to workout!
Came back to add a 5 star rating for this Hotworx studio. I previously gave it a 1 star bc the saunas were being turned off and I couldn’t get a hold of the studio manager.
As a guy, I wasn’t sure how I would like it since it’s not a traditional gym. But I LOVE this place! The heat and guided training are excellent. So many different options from beginner to expert. Every time I walk out I feel amazing. Can’t wait to get back in for my next session.
HOTWORX delivers a great infrared sauna workout experience, with standout staff, especially Tassierra. Her warm welcome, expertise, and enthusiasm makes my visits more enjoyable and motivating. Kinsley has also been very helpful, but both of their attention and care truly set the experience apart from other locations.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
