I got hooked after doing 1 free workout. This winter caused me to have dry skin and this natural sweat/detox has my skin feeling 100x better. After about 10 workout sessions I’m feeling results in my muscles. I like the barre none, iso, and pilates. The room is clean and they are very sanitary!

I have loved HOTWORX at Denton Crossing. I have received excellent and responsive customer service. The sauna experienced has had as much positive impact on my mental health as it has my physical health. I can only echo the review below saying that HOTWORX is my happy place.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
