I absolutely loooooooooooooove this place. The 24-hour access alone has been life-changing. Being able to jump into a quick 15-minute rowing session in the middle of the night (or 3) and sweat out the entire day is exactly what I need.
If your thinking about joining??? Do it you won’t be sorry, I have been working out for years. Tried everything. But hot yoga’s is on a different level plus the infrared heat is so healing. It truely strengthens you from the inside and out!! and you watch the fat melt off not kidding!! This is the best workout!! Join!!

This is the best Hotworx's location I have visited. Melyssa greeted me with a smile and she was very kind. I signed up after my yoga class. There are many benefits of the infrared sauna and the class was challenging. I’m excited to be apart of their community. They are having a Halloween Party this Friday too.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
