What students say again and again
“This studio is very clean, the availability to work out by myself in the sauna is very open, which is a big plus for me.”
From the reviews
I’ve been coming here for almost a year. I have to say this is the best workout for me. I’m not trying to become some hot super model, but like to get tone and relax after work. Elizabeth is one of the most professional and sweetest persons working here.
After years of trying so many different types of workouts, I have finally found my place! I’ve only tried this location until Elizabeth told me about all the benefits of sweat everywhere and now I’m even more committed! Thank you Hotworx and ELIZABETH!
Had my first work on 07/26 and had the best experience with Elizabeth. She was so welcoming, fun and informative ! I really enjoy how beginners friendly this facility is in look forward to coming back and checking out the other location.
I have been to multiple locations, West 7th, Burleson, Colleyville and even one in Arkansas. This studio is very clean, the availability to work out by myself in the sauna is very open, which is a big plus for me.
Your first hot yoga class at HOTWORX - Fort Worth, TX - Camp Bowie
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
