From the reviews
They have a week long guest pass that allows you to go as often as possible in 7 days. the monthly cost is $130ish which seams very high to me, or you can pay for a 25 class bundle for about the sames price. The instructors are amazing! I had never tried hot yoga before and I didn't feel intimidated or scared.
Was going to give it less stars for the sculpt class I took. It was a great work out but I didn’t feel good being a person of color here. I didn’t feel supported or uplifted and so many people mug you. HOWEVER, I went to a core 2 class with Sandy De and she was amazing!!!!
I started my yoga journey at CorePower after hurting my lower back so bad I could barely bend over enough to touch my knees. After a few CP1 Monday evening classes with Reesh I was able to touch my toes again! My back has improved so much, and I feel myself getting stronger and a little more flexible.
I recently joined CorePower and have loved every class I’ve taken so far. In particular, Eme & Kym’s C2 classes have been both challenging and restorative. I really appreciated the first week free for new joiners as it gave me a chance to confirm that the classes offered worked with my schedule and to build a new…
Your first hot yoga class at CorePower Yoga - WestBend
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
