I’ve never been a fan of working out in large gyms since I always felt intimidated by working out with other people, but I’ve never experienced such a more welcoming environment. I honestly love how the studio has that 1 on 1 connection with all the customers.
Love! Love ! This place!! 🧡 Great workouts while you sweat off the stress and pounds. The staff is welcoming and energetic! This is a great addition to my weight lifting workouts at the gym. They have many workouts to choose from no matter what level of fitness that you are in.
6 years sweat everywhere member! Absolutely best workout ever! We workout together 3-4 x a week cycling, yoga & stretching. Only negative I can say is the rooms are not at all big enough for 3 people. Very miss leading. My husband is 6ft tall and cannot move or stretch when 2 other people are in the sauna.
